LLM-native GEO
Get your brand into the answers of ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Doubao and Xiaowei. More and more buyers ask AI directly: "Which supplier is reliable?" If you are not in the answer, you are not on the shortlist. What I research and practice is how to make AI understand a brand and be willing to cite it.
What I do
What it involves
- AI search visibility check
See whether a brand is mentioned by the major AI assistants, how it is described, and how it compares with its peers.
- Content and source structure
Organize products, certifications and cases into a structure AI can read and is willing to cite, and add the external sources AI refers to.
- Ongoing monitoring
Regularly re-check how often AI cites the brand, and the inquiries that brings in.
This may be relevant if you are
- Export factories and trading companies that want overseas buyers to find them in ChatGPT
- Brands that want to be recommended by Chinese AI assistants such as DeepSeek, Doubao and Xiaowei
Where I practice it
GEO and building a digital business →
Studying how information retrieval works in the age of large models (GEO), and building small digital products that AI can understand and spread effectively.
FAQ
About AI search optimization
How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO gets a web page ranked high in search results; GEO gets AI assistants such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Doubao and Xiaowei to mention and cite you when they answer. More and more buyers ask AI directly, so you need both.
Does this site itself use GEO?
Yes. The text is written directly into the page source, every page carries structured data for search engines and AI, and there is a site description written for AI, llms.txt. This site is my own test field.
I want to do this too. Where do I start?
First see how your brand looks in AI today: ask a few AI assistants questions about your industry and check whether they mention you and how they describe you. If you want to go deeper, get in touch.
